Oatmeal

 

what you need:

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup plant based milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon dry chia seeds

    to top:

  • mixed berries

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • honey

instructions:

1. in a small pot, combine your water and milk and bring it to a boil.

2. add the oats to the boiling liquid and reduce to a medium heat, stirring occasionally.

3. cook oats for 5-7 minutes until liquids are mostly dissolved and oats are fluffy. (add in your chia seeds just before the oats are done!)

4. remove oats from heat, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
