pineapple party smoothie
want a fun and refreshing treat for summer? this pineapple party smoothie will help you beat the heat AND is packed with nutrients from ingredients like of course, pineapple, chia seeds, and greek yogurt!
what you need for 2, 8-ounce servings:
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
½ banana (fresh or frozen)
½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for fiber & omega-3s)
1 handful spinach (optional, for a green boost)
Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)
instructions:
add all ingredients to a blender.
blend until smooth and creamy.
taste and adjust—add more milk for a thinner texture or a little honey/maple syrup if you want it sweeter.
pour into a glass, top with extra pineapple or coconut flakes if you’re feelin’ fancy.
enjoy immediately!
